Upon receiving your form request, my team will proceed to do the tutor search for you based on your preferences.

• Once there are suitable tutors applying that can match your preferences, we will WhatsApp/Email you the tutor profile(s), you may then choose to shortlist your preferred tutor. Rest assured, no-obligation in accepting the tutor if you feel that the tutor doesn’t fulfill your requirements.
• Once you have selected your tutor, we will then arrange for an agreed starting date & time, and proceed to confirm the assignment once both parties agree on the lesson details.
• A confirmation note (including our lesson details, payment details as well as TNCs) will be sent to both parties.
• Once confirmed & acknowledged, you may then liaise with the tutor directly regarding the preparation of the first lesson.

• No agent fees/commission fees, our matchmaking services are free. You just have to pay for the tuition lessons that are completed.
• The agency will collect 50% of the first month’s tuition fees / first 2 weeks of the first month’s tuition fees after the first 2 weeks of lessons are completed. The rest of the fees will be paid to the tutor directly.
• For ad-hoc cases / short-term assignments, we will usually collect 25% of the first month’s tuition fees / first week of the first month’s tuition fees. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• Modes of payment to the agency:

2. Bank Transfer

• Our Coordinators will inform you of the full payment details again upon confirmation.

• No advanced payment is to be made, only pay after the first 2 weeks of lessons are completed..
• After the first 2 weeks of lessons have been completed, you may pay the agency the first 2 weeks of lesson fees. From the 3rd week of the lesson onwards, you may pay the tutor directly. The tutor will thereafter liaise with you regarding his/her payment method, or the payment frequency.

• No contract involved or a minimum number of lessons to commit. If you find the tutor unsuitable after the first few lessons, you may inform us & we will arrange a new replacement tutor for you. You just have to pay for all lessons that are completed.
• For a new tutor that has been arranged for you, the agency will collect the first 2 weeks of lesson fees.

• We will try our best to find a tutor based on your hourly budget.
• However, some tutors charge a different/higher rate due to location-wise, traveling time, their years of tutoring experience, as well as their academic qualifications.

To respect the tutor’s time for traveling down to the client’s preferred location for tuition, 50% of the first lesson tuition fee will be charged directly to the tutor if the lessons are canceled 3 hours before the lesson.

If the student is unable to turn up for the first lesson, kindly inform the agency/tutor at least 1 day before the lesson to avoid any cancellation fee.

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Possess at least A-Levels/Diploma
• Must be familiar with the latest MOE syllabus & curriculum
• Singapore Citizen, Singapore PR & Foreigners who have been granted permission by MOM/IRAS to conduct freelance jobs are eligible to apply

• Firstly, register with us as a tutor first.
• Next, we will send out SMSes to you if any available assignments are suited to your requirements. From there, you may choose to accept the assignment & apply directly via a link that will be included in the SMS.
• Once your application has been shortlisted, we will proceed to inform you via WhatsApp with more assignment details.

• Lesson details will be shared with both the client & tutor.
• Details will include both parties’ contact details & TNCs.
• You may then proceed to liaise with the client directly regarding the first lesson (lesson materials that the client prefers, academic background information of the student, certificate verification, etc.)

• A tutor’s engagement is determined by the client, only he/she has the final say. We will try our best to recommend your profile to the client, however, some clients may choose to seek recommendations from other tuition agencies as well.
• Thus, to increase your chance of getting shortlisted/selected from the client, we would advise you to include more relevant information in regards to the assignment you’re applying for, or continue to apply for more assignments from us.

• Clients who come to us are usually looking for tutors who can commit for long-term (at least a year) unless the assignment is a short-term assignment.
• Even though it’s not contract-bound, we aim to build a professional & beneficial working relationship with both our tutors & clients.
• In event of an emergency where you’re unable to commit to tuition anymore, do kindly inform us or the client assigned to you. We will then proceed to search for a new replacement tutor for the client.

• If a client postpones a lesson less than 3 hours before the first lesson, a client will be liable to pay 50% of the first lesson fees to the tutor directly.
• If a client postpones a lesson 3 hours before the first lesson, we will inform you immediately / or have the client inform you immediately of the changes. From there, you may then re-arrange for another lesson with the client directly.
• If lessons are terminated in less than 4 weeks, the agency will collect 50% of the total lesson fees, whereas the remaining 50% of the total lesson fees will be made to the tutor directly.
• If lessons are terminated after/more than 4 weeks, the agency will collect the first 2 weeks of the lesson fees, and the rest will go to the tutor directly.

• We collect the tuition fees following the long-term intended frequency/duration. If the first lesson was arranged as 1.5 hours, once a week, and has been changed to 2 hours, once a week for long-term, we will be collecting the first 2 weeks of the first month’s tuition fees based on 2 hours, once a week.
• Likewise, if lessons are shortened from 2 hours, once a week to 1.5 hours, once a week, we will collect the first month’s tuition fees based on 1.5 hours, once a week.
• This only applies to lessons that have been conducted within the first 3 months

• The agency will collect 50% of the first month’s tuition fees / first 2 weeks of the first month’s tuition fees after the first 2 weeks of lessons are completed. From the 3rd week onwards, the client is paying you directly.
• For ad-hoc cases / short-term assignments, we will usually collect 25% of the first month’s tuition fees / first week of the first month’s tuition fees. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• From the 3rd week onwards, the client will be paying you directly. You may choose to receive the fees on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis. Most clients would prefer to pay monthly, but that can be liaised/arranged with the client directly.
• Preferred payment methods can be liaised/arranged with the client directly as well.
